I'm passionate about helping women reconnect with the inner wisdom that trauma, abuse, and life's hardships may have made difficult to hear. My hope is that every woman who walks through my door leaves feeling more connected to herself, more confident in her voice, and more empowered to create the life she deserves.
That's why I chose the name Inner Guide.
I believe we all have an inner guide. We already know more than we give ourselves credit for. The problem is that trauma, anxiety, fear, and life's experiences can make that inner voice difficult to hear. My role isn't to tell you who you should be or how you should live your life. It's to help you quiet the noise, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with the wisdom that's already within you.
Outside of being a therapist, I'm a pretty simple person. I gets excited over tiny miniature objects for absolutely no reason. I love collecting them because each one feels like its own little story. I'm also a plant enthusiast with a house full of greenery that constantly reminds me that growth takes patience, care, and the right environment.
You'll usually find me outside whenever I get the chance. I love camping, spending time at the beach, and being surrounded by nature. Those moments help me slow down, reset, and appreciate the simple things.
Creativity is another big part of my life. I enjoy writing poetry and painting with oils and soft pastels. For me, creating isn't about making something perfect—it's about exploring, expressing, and staying connected to myself. That same belief naturally carries into the way I approach therapy.
And if we meet virtually, there's a good chance you'll also meet my little dog, Fiona (Not from Shrek). She occasionally wanders into session to say hello before finding the perfect spot to curl up for a nap. She's become a familiar face to many of my clients and often brings a smile when it's needed most.
One thing you'll probably notice about me is that I don't believe therapy has to feel intimidating or overly formal. Some sessions are filled with deep reflection. Others include laughter, quiet moments, unexpected insights, or celebrating progress that once felt impossible.
Wherever you are in your journey, you don't have to show up with all the answers. You don't have to have everything figured out before asking for help.
You just have to be willing to begin.
If our paths cross, I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you grow through life's challenges, embrace your strengths, and learn to trust your own inner guide every step of the way.
